Where is my DirectSong Ticket?

DirectSong is implementing a newer and more powerful Technical Support system.

If you have been emailed a link for your support ticket that looks like the following:


Then your ticket is in our other system which is now being phased out.  We are still managing these tickets though.

If you would prefer your original ticket to be in this system, you are welcome to copy the contents of the ticket into a new ticket on this system.
